Terms Of Service

  • By joining you agree that you have read and agree to all the rules and terms on this page,
         and that these terms may be motified at any time without notification.
        ( If you do not agree, Please do not join )

  • All members must be at least 18 years or older to participate.

  • Members are only allowed 1 account per member

  • The Ultimate Downline Builder ( UDB ) is a FREE site only
        and does not pay out money or commissions of any kind.

  • Spamming will NOT be tolerated:
        Any member caught spamming will lose their position immediately

  • All members agree to receive special offers, updates and emails from the admin of The
        Ultimate Downline Builder and their personal sponsors.

  • All members agree to join the selected paid programs upon receiving notification to join
        the selected paid programs and agree that if they do not join the selected programs they
        WILL forfeit their UDB position.

  • Any member who does not join the selected paid programs upon notification will be
        removed from The Ultimate Downline Builder.

  • All Members agree that if they cancel their position or subscription in ANY of the selected
        step team build programs that their Ultimate Downline Builder position will be canceled
         immediately and they will lose any downline or personal referrals in any program that
         UDB is associated with and that their position in any other UDB team build program will
         be moved out of the UDB group to another place in the extra programs.

  • All members acknowledge that the admin of The Ultimate Downline Builder may remove
        any members account with or without cause at any time with no right of recourse by the
        removed member.

  • Members join the extra suggested programs at their own risk and members agree not to
         hold The owners, managers, or uplines liable for any loss of income that could arise from
        the members participation in any of the extra programs advertised in the Ultimate Downline
         Builder.

  • All members acknowledge that the admin shall have the right to modify or amend the
        Terms Of Service at any time.


  • You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to     ultimatedownlinebuilder@gmail
         with REMOVE in the subject line and your account will be removed.
